Liz says: When it comes to writing the Whedon-verse, Brian Lynch is the best man for the job (apart from Whedon himself), especially when it comes to Spike. This series, a spin-off of Lynch’s Angel: After the Fall, has been a blast so far, full of the humor, great twists and surprise character appearances that made the TV show what it was. He nails the dialogue and the characters to perfection and because these stories are considered canon, he’s doing very exciting things with big consequences. An immense treat for fans of this universe – this issue left me with my jaw on the floor. Get caught up!
